Hey there! I’m Monique, a tattoo artist based in Toronto, Canada. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, ever since I was a kid. What started as a simple love for sketching eventually led me to pursue my passion professionally. Before becoming a tattoo artist, I worked as an illustrator at EA Games, but I made the bold decision to leave that behind and dive into the world of tattoos—something that truly lights me up every day.
Outside of the tattoo studio, you’ll find me immersed in nature. I’m an avid canoeist, hiker, and camper. There's nothing like the feeling of being out in the wilderness, especially when I get the chance to experience it on an epic canoe trip. Some of my favorite adventures have been a 2-week, 205 km loop through Wabakimi and a 10-day journey through Temagami, Ontario—both of which were unforgettable experiences.
When I’m not on the water or hitting the trails, I’m exploring the world. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to over 25 countries, from the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia to the otherworldly beauty of Iceland and the rich history of Europe. Traveling feeds my curiosity and my creative spirit, and it’s something I’ll never get enough of.
Tattooing for me is more than just a craft; it’s a way of telling stories and connecting with people in a deeply personal way. Whether I’m working on a custom piece or collaborating with a client, it’s always an adventure in itself—just like everything else in my life.
